Introduction of an agile way of working at Neo

Neo, a part of Xylos, creates custom-made digital learning experiences e.g. interactive e-learning, educational apps and efficient LMS. Due to its business growth, Neo was in the need of a clear overview of the organization, more transparency and more ownership by the employees. We helped Neo with analyzing their current organizational model and people practices and setting up a new agile operating model.

To tackle the challenges Neo was facing, we've implemented the Scrum framework. A framework that creates more trust among the team members and more ownership for the employees and is build on shared leadership.
The framework helped them to rethink the way they were working together as teams and to increase their collaboration effectiveness.

We’ve optimized their agile way of working by defining the roles in the different teams and setting up scrum rituals. We've also and provide them with useful tools so they were able to create more transparency in the follow-up of ongoing tasks.

After setting up the framework, we've provided hands-on coaching of the new roles within the framework in a way people could fulfill their role more autonomously and were able to guide their teams to a higher level.
